Jonathan has dedicated more than 20 years of his career to Will writing, estate planning and application assistance services.

After working for a national Will writing company, Jonathan became self-employed in 2016. He launched Jonathan Owen with his wife Rachel in 2019, and Adam Harris joined as shareholder and partner in 2020.

Since 2023, the business has helped customers apply for Attendance Allowance. In 2026, the team comprises almost 50 fully trained people and has helped over 20,000 people claim approximately £120 million in Attendance Allowance, PIP & Pension Credit.

Husband to Rachel and father to two boys, Jac and Tomos, Jonathan's passion and focus when he is not working is family. He has previously played semi-professional rugby, represented his country in tennis and is a scratch golfer.

Jonathan's relentless commitment to his clients is what makes him and his team stand out. He believes in offering a personal, flexible service based around doing right by people, not profit.
